Attorney Kathleen E. Higgins
Attorney Kathleen runs her firm's specialized Real Estate practice out of our Chatham office.
Kathleen is well known to brokers and bank officers in the area and has has been representing lenders , buyers and sellers for many years.
In addition to her real estate practice, Attorney Higgins also represents clients in the areas of business law, zoning law and estate planning.
Attorney Olivier E. Kozlowski
Attorney Kozlowski is responsible for real estate in the firm's Stoughton office. He is an experienced conveyancing attorney, representing lenders, buyers and sellers. His real estate background includes both commercial and residential experience, resolving title problems, zoning, condominium law and real estate litigation. He is a former in-house counsel to a mortgage lender, served on the Zoning Board of Appeals in Mansfield and currently serves as Chairman of the Mansfield Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.
