Mediation and Arbitration Services: Attorney Bierhans and Attorney Marnik have over 68 years of collective trial experience as both plaintff and defense counsel. Both have served as Mediators or Special Masters in multiple courts, including the Superior Court.

Both lawyers have specialized skills in the areas of person injury law, complex business litigation, construction law, and complex family law matters, including will contests.

Services can, if needed, be provided at locations selected by the parties. We are particularlry interested in assisting the Barnstable County bar, where mediation services have been in short supply.
