Client Communication Policy
For 27 years, I have maintained a uniform policy regarding client communications. With telephone calls, it is our policy that all emails or phone calls are returned the day they are received or within 24 hours. We often have clients come into our office with the refrain"my lawyer doesn't return my phone calls." This does not occur in our firm. We also believe our clients should be promptly informed as to all events involving their matter or case. Therefore, clients receive, by mail or email, all letters, emails, pleadings or other documentation as it is received or sent out from the office. I believe strongly that these policies promote the development of trusted and valued relationships with our clients, and we take pride in providing attentive and personal service.
